Whether at the head of the table carving a Thanksgiving turkey or gently slicing tender flank steaks in the summer, this Musk Ox Carving Set from Behring Made™ is the way to do it in style. Handmade from 440c stainless steel, the knife measures 8 1/4" from tip to guard with razor sharp convex grind while the fork measures 13 7/8" overall. The copper guards are soldered in place above black fiber, copper and musk ox boss spacers that beautifully compliment the musk ox horn handles. The knife measures 14" overall, and these come in their own Behring Made™ zipper cases.
