Fossilized Walrus Ivory and Musk Ox Boss Knife

This beautiful knife from Behring Made© is hand forged from 5160 spring steel. It measures 5 1/2“ from tip to guard and has a convex grind with perfectly struct stamps and a rounded choil. The copper guard is soldered in place in front of black, copper, musk ox boss spacers, followed by a creamy fossil walrus spacer, and a second select ox boss spacer.  The contrast is very attractive!  The remainder of the handle is a gorgeous piece of fossilized walrus ivory. This particular piece is the root of the tusk.  It has an incredible tone and fantastic white steaks that permeate all the way through!
