Sambar Stag & Musk Ox Boss Chef Knife
This incredible Chef Knife from Behring Made© is entirely handmade starting with the 440c stainless blade that measures 6 3/4" with a razor sharp convex grind. The copper guard is soldered in place above black fiber, copper and musk ox boss spacers as well as a beautiful sambar stag handle. The overall length measures 11 3/8" and it comes in a Behring Made© zipper case.
