Hand forged from 01 tool steel, the Japanese style veggie cleaver blade measures 7" and the paring is 3 1/2", both with a perfect convex grind. The copper guards are hand soldered above simple black, white copper and musk ox boss spacers, and these exhibition grade Turkish walnut handles are beyond words. The overall length of the cleaver is 12" and the paring is 7 1/2", and both ship in their own Behring Made zipper pouch.
