Premium Desert Ironwood XL Trout & Bird
The Trout & Bird is an ultra-classic staple in the knife world, and this new one from Behring Made™ is a wonderful example of why. The blade is hand forged from 3/16" thick high carbon 01 tool steel and it measures 5 1/2" from tip to guard with a razor sharp hollow grind and our hammermark finish. The copper guard is silver soldered in place above black fiber, copper and horsehide spacers as well as a two-piece construction of premium desert ironwood burl to make up the full handle. The overall length measures just over 10" and it comes in a custom Warlander Leather pouch sheath.
