Scagel style Alpine Fillet

This wonderful new Alpine Fillet is the dream knife of the backcountry angler who wants clean cuts from their trout over a campfire at the end of one of those perfect days. The blade is hand forged from 5160 spring steel that lends a nice flex that gets the job done with ease. It measures 4 3/8" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind as well. The nickel silver guard is soldered in place above black and maroon fiber, aluminum and horsehide leather spacers with a premium sambar stag butt that is pinned through the tang with aluminum. The overall length measures 9" and we've got it coming in a custom Warlander Leather pouch sheath (the one shown with aluminum rivets).
