Stabilized Giraffe Bone & Dall's Sheep Horn Oyster Knife
This outstanding Behring Made© Oyster knife is 100% handmade starting with the 1/8" thick 440c stainless steel blade that measures 3" from tip to guard with a convex grind. The copper guard is soldered in place above black and white fiber, copper and dall's sheep horn spacers with a beautiful stabilized blue giraffe bone handle. The overall length measures 7 1/4" and comes in a simple leather sleeve from Warlander Leather.
