Ancient Mammoth & Black Ebony Steak Knife Set

These knives are 100% handmade starting with the 440c stainless steel blades that measure 4 3/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. The copper guard is soldered in place above black and white fiber, copper and beautiful black ebony spacers that yield a wonderful contrast against the ancient mammoth ivory handles.
