This beautiful new carving set from Behring Made© is 100% handmade, starting with the 1/8" thick 440c stainless steel with a hammermark finish and a razor sharp hollow grind on the knife. The blade measures 7 3/4" from tip to guard and just over 9" with the fork. The nickel silver guards are soldered in place above black and white fiber, aluminum and beautiful musk ox boss spacers. The two-piece constructed Turkish walnut handles bring overall lengths to 12 3/8" and 13 3/4" on the fork, plus they come in Behring Made© zipper cases.
